Good luck parking. My advice would be to park at Wahkeena Falls and take the .6 mile hike over. Defintlely the earlier you get there the better. this place is crazy crowded but definitely worth the hassle

Multinomah Falls is an easy drive from Portland. The parking lot is literally right off the freeway. The view from the top is even more spectacular. Note: the path to the top is narrow and steep but mostly paved. The hike to the top is...More

A must see. The hike to the bridge is relatively easy on a path. The hike to the top is more challenging, but if you are up to it, do it. The view from above is thrilling. At the top there is room to stop...More

Yes the Falls are beautiful but the masses of humanity milling around the area are definitely a detractor. I am sure food services and gift shop are loving it, but I prefer the quiet beauty of Falls off the beaten path. Seemed more like a...More

Don't stop with just this famous waterfall, which is quite crowded. We started at Vista House and stopped at several falls along the road, they were all beautiful. This one is the tallest and has been in movies. It is worth the short walk to...More
