Beautiful long sandy beach for miles of walking. Not too crowded at this time of year- mid April after school spring breaks.

We have visited Cannon Beach the last two April’s for our wedding Anniversary. The town is quaint but a bit crowded . I suggest going around 9 am in the morning before it gets more busy in the afternoon . Plenty of places to eat...More

We enjoyed walking around the town a little bit, but we're not much interested in shopping. That made it a little less interresting than it might have been. Many people, though, really enjoy the art galleries. This is a very good town for finding nice...More

Beautiful beach and Haystack Rock is amazing, BUT parking is a major issue so if you want to spend the day, get there early!

Went for a walk along the beach on a very windy day and the place is beautiful. Walked back through the small street adjacent to the beach to get a feel for the area. Very nice 20-30 minutes.

We rented a cute house not far from the beach within walking distance and if the weather was more kind, we would have been out more than once! Our accommodation has 3 bedrooms with the master being on the third floor - both bathrooms were...More

Spoil yourself and come here to picnic, fly a kite, watch the waves and take a long beach walk to think. You will come back here many times. Why? I don't know. This is the power and the beauty of Cannon Beach.

We have traveled and stayed in many Oregon coastal towns. CB is the greatest because Hwy 101 does not run through this charming village, there is no neon, no franchised fast food places, it's safe, has a thriving art community, wonderful accommodations and restaurants, unique...More

Plan on a lot of riding on two lane highways, but lots of bikers do it. We see them frequently on these roads. In many places there are good shoulders.

We have not done the whole coast highway but 6-7 days seems like enough...depends on what you would like to do during that trip I guess. I do think Cannon Beach would be a nice place to go from but I'm prejudiced since I... More

we have never owned a motorhome but Cannon Beach is an expensive area so I wouldn't count on free. you might have better luck in Seaside which is just a few miles north or try Manzanita, only a few miles to the south
