We always love strolling by the Willamette River when we visit Eugene. It is a great place for hiking, kayaking, and having a picnic by the shore. Highly recommended!

One of the gems of the emerald city, I always like to visit the path beside the river and Alton Baker Park when in Eugene, if possible.

Whether you want to swim, raft, kayak, or fish, the Willamette River is a wonderland of fun and recreation. Many places in the Eugene/Springfield area to access the river. Clean cold water direct from the mountains will thrill you many times over!!
