My first visit here was as a child of 9 years old my last visit was an adult of 65 and a bunch of times in between...always find it a thrill and an excellent time...if you're in the area you need to check it out...well worth the time and effort...fun for the whole family...really!

We did the sand rail ride and what a blast. We didn't have to wait too long as it was September so not as busy. We got strapped in and handed a pair of goggles and asked what kind of ride we wanted. We asked for exciting and that's exactly what we got. It was the best 1/2 hour ride.... More

My wife and I rode with Scott.....the sand dune buggy driver. What a great guy and a highly experienced driver. Scott took the time to stop the buggy a couple of times so the riders could actually enjoy the view (do not worry, he stopped very briefly...2 minutes or so). We signed up for the 30-minute tour and I initially... More

We had 8 people so we rented 2 four seaters. We rented them for 2 hours and this was plenty. It wasn't too crowded and the trails were nice. We went later in the afternoon and the wind picked up quite a bit. This was hard for the little ones we had with us. I would recommend bringing sunglasses for... More

Took the sand rail tour. 35 minute ride with experienced driver at the wheel. We were captivated by the endless ills of white sand dunes. Driver made it exciting and fun for all!

When I visited, it cost $35 per rider on the rail cars (smaller, faster than the tour truck). I had to wait much longer than anticipated because they had to get gas and clean up vomit from a previous rider and one buggy broke down. Yes, we had a group of 10, but they could have taken us in two... More

This was my third time here. Love the sandrails. The drivers are excellent. You can tell they have been doing it a long time -- and love what they are doing. Be ready for some fast rides, wind, sand in your face occasionally, lots of laughs, and loads of fun. If you aren't in for some fun, fast action --... More

First time we have ever had a tour on a dune buggy. It was the best! Truly enjoyed ourselves and left the driving to the guide.

We booked a 7 passenger dune buggy with Scott as our driver, most amazing thing I've ever done and I'm sure my family and friends would all agree!! My family had never seen the sand dunes before, this is an absolute MUST when in Florence, OR - it's mind blowing! We went up and down and sideways down hills that... More
