Going from The Dalles to Sandy, we came across lake trillium and decided to stop there for a walk and eat lunch. We did the hike around the lake (it says about 2 miles, but felt quite a bit longer), and it was beautiful, with...More

Just a great area. Nice place, good parkingarea. The nature and the hike around the lake is great. Mt Hood makes it magical.

The lake was picturesque! The drive to it was amazing too which breathtaking views. Such peaceful place to sit down and relax, enjoy the view of Mt. Hood and click some great pictures. 1 con though - we had trouble locating restrooms there.

The lake is beautiful with Mt Hood in the background. The parking was crowed and too much trash everywhere. Saw many people catching fish from the pier. Nice hike around the lake.

A great place to snowshoe. Wide paths, not too difficult. Lots of signage for where you want to go and how far you are willing to hike.

Visited while there was still ALOT of snow on the ground so we had to park in the parking lot right off the main road and hike about 2.5 miles to the lake. The views of Mount Hood were definitely worth the walk! Even though...More
