We had diamond seats in the glass ceiling car which had great views and we sat in a booth that easily sat 4 adults and 2 kids. Got everyone into the holiday spirit! The kids ages 4 and 7 were the perfect ages for it. They serve hot chocolate and a pretty lame ginger cookie, but what do you expect.... More

This adventure has so much potential, but just lacks the magic needed to make the book come to life. Tickets for a family of 4 in economy (regular train seats, no table, no dome view) were 168.00 on a Friday night in November. If he trip had been magical, it would have been worth it, but even my 4 year... More

This was my families first time doing the Polar Express ride. There were 6 of us total and I got tickets for the diamond class. It was wonderful. The large round booth was the best and the 180 degree view was amazing. The train ride was spot on and my kids loved it. I do have to say the conductor... More

This train ride was a wedding anniversary dinner and we were a little disappointed. We took it in late October, so we didn't think about the timing of the ride. About 3/4 of the time was in the dark so we couldn't see anything outside. Recommend to do the dinner one in the summer when its still daylight. We paid... More

I took my two Grandsons, age 4 and 9, on the Polar Express train ride. We had so much fun. Even the adults had a blast. We watched the movie on the car ride to Hood River. I purchased two books, wrapped them and wrote a letter from Santa. I gave them each their book on the train. The fun... More

We visited our two year old grandson and took him on the 4:30 ride. The ride is very slow and lasts 1hour 15 minutes. They serve cocoa and cookies served by elves. The elves read the book during the ride. When you get to the North Pole there is a lighted house. You stay on the train. Santa gets on... More

We purchased the diamond tickets for the Polar Express. Tickets are costly but the seats were comfortable and you get a souvenir mug. The speakers are right next to your head and are very loud. You could barely have a conversation with your own table and then factor in there are other families in the same car it was exhausting... More

We had looked forward to this trip for several months and it was a disappointment. The seats face each other and are so close together everyones legs had to be sideways to keep hitting each other knees. Our coach had no heat on it and it was a very chilly day. We had pre-ordered a picnic lunch and were told... More
