The lake is long and a beautiful sight from the top of Mt. Howard. The campground has spots for tents and trailers as well as cabins to rent. There is a small store as well. Put your boat in and go fishing for your dinner....More

Came to spend the weekend and made a trip to the lake to take some beautiful pick of the snow that fell during the night the lake was just beautiful it is definitely a must see in the winter with the snow all around.More

One of the most scenic places in the U.S. and overrun in summer with tourists. Locals have a real love/hate relationship, akin to Hawaiians. A must see, but aim for the shoulder season.More

We visited in the fall and everything was just a little slower paced. Deer eating by the lake in the evening.
