We had the tour and it was very informative. The guide took time to answer questions and show how things were done in addition to talking about the different parts of the “lost wax” method. He showed actual pieces in all the different stages -...More

The $15 Saturday tour was worth the visit. Unfortunately, no casting was occurring because it was Labor Day weekend. Still, seeing the huge bronzes and learning about the ancient lost wax technique was great. We saw bronzes weighing tons and taller than 6 feet. The...More

This is a very good educational and interesting activity. The process to make a bronze is far more complex and time consuming than we realized. There is a great deal of artistry in the process...not all mechanics. You come away with an appreciation for the...More

The tour guide was knowledgeable, very articulate and through. WE got to see the entire casting process from original art to finished product; well worth your time.

Very informative and well worth the time and cost! I did not realize all the details and time that goes into a bronze work.

A must see. One tour a day (11AM; about 2 hrs) @ $15/person and well worth it. We were lucky enough to witness a bronze pour.

Excellent 1 hr 45 min tour with Casey. We were so glad that we took the tour before visiting the gallery, as it made us appreciate the amazing artwork even more! Was really touched by these huge bronze Wildland Firefighter pieces, which are donated by...More

We had seen a bronze pour in New Mexico but had not seen the steps of the process. This was an excellent 1.5 hour tour of each step of the process from the artist piece to the final bronze. casting

Very detailed explanations during the 1.5 hour tour. We were allowed to take pictures, there were statues larger than life! More sculptures to see at their gallery. Worth $15 to me.
