This vineyard offers some of the best wines produced in Oregon. Its tasting room is findable with a good GPS and well-worth the stop. Not pretty; just a small room, but with very accommodating staff. Eyrie has some library vintages available; we wanted to check...More

The Eyrie Vineyards tasting room is small, and does not offer amazing views. But this long time Oregon producer makes fantastic wines, and offers a sample of a "library" wine that demonstrates how well Oregon Pinot ages.

Good wine tasting in simple setting. Great history lesson was had here of the wine in the region. The servers were very nice and knowledgeable about the wines being poured. Loved the library wine surprise. It was a fun low key tasting.

We stopped in here just because of the history. Wines were good. Cool little tasting room with lots of historical items scattered around. Tasting room person was helpful and attentive, even when it got busy.

In 1965 they started planting some of the very first wine gapes in the Willamette Valley... before there was even a wine region here. Now the second generation is taking them into the next 50 years of wines.

My husband surprised me with a stop here. I thought their whites were yummy. Will come back. We even got a little history lesson on wine in the area.

As the other review say, this is only a tasting room in town rather than out at the vineyards. The building and tasting room itself is nothing special. The wine is very good with quite a history. Our pourer was nice and friendly enough but...More

We're spending 3 weeks in Oregon, so have the time to explore the wineries at our leisure. Eyrie was recommended b/c of its history, being the oldest winery in Oregon. We'd been to other area wineries prior, so were disappointed, by comparison, to find Eyrie...More
