So they are clever enough to use old brew mash to make distilled alcohol. Neat idea. See the distillery on the tour. Nice workers. Sampling shots were kind of small for a buck a pop.

The staff was very friendly and talkative. We don't really drink hard liquor so we're not a good judge. They charge a buck... More

We stopped here and had a taste of the single malt vodka. It tasted great so we bought a bottle for $48. Left for Astoria and when we got there opened the bottle. It had a strange smell but we went ahead and mixed a drink. It tasted horrible! We had to throw it away. What a waste for $48.... More

Excellent tastes of spirits and wonderful cocktails. Enjoy your sips while sitting at the bar looking out over the marina and Newport bridge. So relaxing, you won't want to leave! Stop in for sure!

The better known brewery is around the corner. Here you can buy a dollar taste from the distillery. My favorite was the Hazelnut Spiced Rum and I'm not a rum drinker. Just a bar but the view of the harbor and bridge is fantastic.

Tasting room with $1 samples if you've taken the tour - lots of unusual blends to sample. Walk home for sure

We stopped in at the House of Spirits after lunch and a tour at the brewery. Being from the east coast I was unaware that Rogue made spirits, but was pleasantly surprised. The rum and gins were fantastic. I would suggest anyone in the area stop in for a quick sample!

While camping at the nearby RV Resort, we walked over to check out the House of Spirits and were horribly disappointed. We wanted to try some and buy some ales, but the one person working would not help us. We waited for probably 10 minutes while he just kept talking to the other people at the other end of the... We planned a visit to the Rogue brewery for lunch. It has an odd set up - you walk in through the big red silo, then weave around and through the brewery vats, eventually arriving at a tiny gift store greeting area. Once people are herded into this tiny space, there is nowhere for them to go, or to stand... More
