We went for a walk to watch the sunset over the ocean and walked by this building. There were several people playing musical instruments together and we stopped to listen. Interesting place with a beautiful ocean view

We’ve been to a couple of memorials on this road trip and they have been very suspect. This memorial is nicely done. You have a great tribute, beach access, a lovely ocean, clean and sterile environment.

Wonderful little park with an amazing view of the ocean, beach and lighthouse. Parking lot is small but there is also street parking. They also have a nice beach access.

It's a good walk to get to the beach. But so worth it. The cleanest beach. You can walk for miles. There are seats going down so if you get tired, you can sit. Some people take chairs. We just sit on rocks or logs.

We were able to watch the whales from this point and on our last day we scored the one bench that sits out towards the ledge! Great views!!

So many men and women have served and sacrificed for the freedom of our country that I love viewing memorial parks in honor of them. Makes my heart heavy and yet happy to honor them with a few minutes of time thinking of those that...More

A very pleasant park with tributes to veterans and a long ramp to the huge beach. It's very close to several inns in the Nye Beach area.
