I took two private whitewater kayaking lessons with Sam over two days. He is an excellent instructor that I would highly recommend for any skill level. Sam has an extremely keen way of balancing progression in skills by offering challenges with positive experiences and encouragement...More

We've done lots of kayaking and flat water kayaking before but not really white water kayaking. I am very glad we picked the lower level as I might have panicked the whole way down if it was harder! My husband and I shared an inflatable...More

We've rented SUPs from eNRG many times and really enjoy this area of the Willamette. eNRG is very helpful with paddling advice particularly if you rent at non-peak hours. Tried SUP yoga with them for the first time this weekend. Katarina is an excellent instructor...More

We were disappointed in the Willamette Falls kayak tour. From the description, we pictured a river out in nature. Large industrial sights line the river for a good part of the trip. In fact, the falls sit right at the end of all these places....More

Sorry you were disappointed with the trip. As the origin of much of Oregon's history, its the "historic" element that seems to be the biggest draw for this tour. Hopefully our guides gave you some insight into those elements and you gained an appreciation for...More

We made a last minute request for kayak instruction. Sam went out of his way to arrange transportation, provide us with two very experienced instructors, and accommodate our schedule so we could learn to kayak on the Santiam river. Great location. Great Service. Thanks!

The guide was really nice. He was new to Oregon so we didn't get much of a history lesson, which we didn't mind because we had lived in Oregon for years. We pretty much just paddled up to the falls, took pictures and came back;...More
