It's a must see in Portland. There are many attractions in the Park, and the terrain is so varied. The light rail will take you right to the Park

We spent over 4 hours here - plenty to see and do. We used the shuttle bus to get from place to place. The rose garden was spectacular, enjoyed the Japanese garden but the arboretum was disappointing.

The park and campsite is beautiful. The rates for the sites are reasonable. $10/night for the no-hook-up tent sites. At night you can hear the waves hitting the shores in your tent. Family friendly and pet friendly.

Washington Park has so much to see all in one place, there has to be something for everyone here. Come and enjoy one of the many attractions, or just come for a beautiful, peaceful walk.

Well you probably found out the answer already. But yes, the Zoo is also The Oregon Zoo. Locally, we just call it the zoo.
