Keller Fountain Park is a city park in downtown Portland, Oregon. Originally named Forecourt Fountain or Auditorium Forecourt, the 0.92-acre park opened in 1970 across Third Avenue from what was then Civic Auditorium.

There was no water in the fountains. It did look look architecturally interesting. Disappointed, as it would have been a great surprise right in downtown Portland.

The water wasn't running when I stopped over but I still appreciated the design of the structure and could picture how it would look with the waterfalls. Still cool to take selfies at.

In walking distance to most downtown hotels. Lovely spot to sit and look at the waterfalls. Only downside is that there were a few homeless people there when we arrived early in the am. But that is to be expected in Portland

This is a nice park, just across the street from our hotel, but the homeless people were bathing there the day we walked over. Didn't want to stick around. Beautiful water fountain but be careful!

This fountain's water flows all year round. There are quite a few fountains along the path from here towards the South, where you can also visit Lovejoy Fountain and a couple smaller fountains... We used to play here in the summer when I was a...More

Definitely worth seeing! It's really quite lovely and relaxing to be there. Lots of families were there and even children taking a dip in the fountains. The fountains are huge, far larger than pictures make them out to be.

It is worth going to see it. My girls loved it. You fell like you are between several mountains and waterfalls. The only thing we didn't like was the people swimming in it.

During a recent trip to Portland, I stumbled across this amazing waterfall. I love how Portland has all of these urban parks that appear out of nowhere. This one included an amazing waterfall; unique in its design and how it leveraged the hillside. The day...More

I'd call this a large man made cataract type of waterfall. Great picture spot from the bottom. Glad we saw it on the map and stopped by.

The park is in downtown Portland,I would be greatly surprised if it was an off leash park. As the park occupies the entire city block and half of that the fountain itself, I am going to answer in the negative. Sorry
