Have been going to Redmond Smokehouse for decades for animal processing. Last three pigs have been very poorly cured. Cuts were fine, however, the cured meats are/were horrible. Have been going there for years, my favorite is their smoked Cornish game hen and chicken. Also love their pepperoni and jerky, Also have great sausage, dogs and other meat. You can;t go wrong

We recently used the Redmond Smokhouse to process our elk meat and they did a great job. Our order was packaged it to the specifications we liked including whether we like our steaks thick or extra thick, and whether we wanted pork or beef fat in our burgers. Redmond's is an old fashioned meat shop. Not only can you get your meat processing needs met, but you can purchase a variety of meat cuts to enjoy at home.
