They had a winter snow storm the night before we came here. So when got here, we had to park before the gates and had to walk about 2 miles to get to the trailhead. One we got there, we had the place all to...More

Visited 12/14/17, arrived afternoon, approximately 1:00pm, Light snow. Drive in was beautiful; final 2 miles of road was rough however, not terrible. Park car, cross over bridge, climb steep hill side, some railings provided. 1/4 mile+ to small pools. During my 2 hour visit approximately...More

Sweet little hike to get to the falls. Parking is very limited and the hot springs get a lot of visitors. We did not feel comfortable going in with our kids (3&5) with the crowd on site when we went.

After quite a drive to get to the hot springs (which includes quite a few missing signs along the way) and a short, steep hike, we were ready to experience the hot springs. There are several small pools of varying temperatures here, which get cooler...More

It reeks of feces & is covered in slime. The water quality is murky at best. It's full of naked hippies, if that's your thing. It was closed for some time due to high levels of ecoli. Too bad, it could be pristine & it's...More

Beautiful and natural place. The Road to this place is of not very good quality (about 2 miles). Same people may be naked.

My husband and I enjoyed hiking to the Hot Springs and choosing our own private one overlooking the Umpqua River. I can't wait to go back, but not a place for the kids.

Really beautiful and we did enjoy it. We did not find it to be very clean. But really beautiful scenery, cool design with multiple pools cut into the hillside. Nice folks up there, and considerate. Glad we went and experienced it once. Probably will not...More

This is a wonderful place, hidden along a winding hilly footpath, across the river from a car park. The car park itself is a long winding route off the road in a seriously potholed road - it isn't easy or comfortable to get to! As...More

You can camp near the hot springs but it's pretty rustic and I think it's dry camping. Whistler's Bend is not too far from the waterfalls and is really nice for camping. It's in Glide, OR

First come first serve. I'd advise early or late. There's a campground about 3 miles away on the reservoir that you can either drive from or hike along the river to the springs.
