My wife and I visited Seal Rock State Park with our dog on Saturday May 20th 2017. We spent about two hours exploring the beach in the early evening. What a beautiful beach! The offshore rocks and abundant wildlife make this a great spot for photography. The walk down to the beach was straightforward and access was pretty easy. The... More

One of the most dramatic and beautiful beaches in the area, in my opinion. The ocean splashing over the rocks, the wildlife, the tide pools etc. makes this a wonderful spot to visit

Very pretty place to visit. If you are going down 101 in Oregon, it is a must stop. You can hike fairly easily...I would take elementary kids with ease. Not for strollers.

Seal Rock is a great place for families to go as well as couples... Tide pools, waves, sunshine with a breeze!!! It's almost like the best of best... you hear the seagulls while walking in the sand letting the tide rush over your feet!!! Just gorgeous!!!

We're a family with a 6 and 10 year old girls. We made sure to arrive 1 hour before low tide (6pm). We stayed for more then an hour. And it was a great time spent. Many rocks to jump between the small water pools. At some point we started to spot the starfish... and then we saw so many... More

This is a great little beach adjacent to highway 101 with great tide pooling. Be sure to stop at low tide to explore the pools. Little Creek Scenic overlook is a great place for photos. We stopped for lunch right down the road at Diner at Seal Rock for a great meal.

We stopped here and were amazed by the tide pools. I could have sat there all day and watch the tide pools in these rocks. This one is a must see if you like tide pools!

Very nice beach that you have to walk down to along a steep path. The path to the beach is well parked through the woods and then to a viewing platform and down a steep path to the beach. The best time to go is low tide to see the rocks and tide pools well. It is fairly easy to... More

Nearly anywhere you stop along the Oregon Coast is beautiful. Seal Rock is extra special because of the ridge of monoliths just off the beach. Many of these house bird rookeries. Enjoy the view of the waves breaking in and around the line of rocks while the birds tend to their young.

A little difficult to get up and down but doable. Beach is nice and there were marine biologists volunteering to answer all of he questions we had. Fun afternoon.
