Prepare yourself for a great little hike out to the falls. A stream meanders the path with you and it's pretty shady even on a warm day. While the falls aren't broad they are fairly tall. It's not often that you get to see a...More

The hike up to the fall is wonderful and full of beautiful autumn colors. The fall itself is stunning. Definitely worth the short hike.

A lovely walk through the woods with moss, creek, more. Mostly flat. A very rewarding view of incredible falls. An easy side trip off 101 just south of Tillamook. You will love it.

Just a quarter mile from the parking lot, we encountered folks of all ages and physical abilities, which was very cool. We read this is the highest waterfall on the Oregon Coast, nearly 300 feet. There was a a unique log jam about half-way down...More

The road leading to the falls begins paved, then changes to gravel and winds around a bit. But you soon come to an opening where you can park. It is only 1/4 mile from the parking lot to the falls (or at least the end...More

Unfortunately the remainder of the trail was closed but the short walk to the falls was easy and extremely beautiful.

Lush forest area that you drive through in order to get to the trail leading toward the falls. It's a little rough on the vehicle but that is to be expected. Just a 1/4 mile trail which isn't too steep (gets a bit more so...More

This hike is easy and leads along the river to a beautiful waterfall. The path is well maintained with some rails and helps for less capable hikers. There is a nice parking lot and easy access. The gravel road to reach the entrance feels a...More

This walk is a nice change of pace from the many beach attractions in the area. It is a bit of a drive down a back road but the road is well maintained and clearly marked. The trail winds through a lovely portion of the...More

Was excited(always excited about waterfalls) that it was the tallest fall on the coast. You have to drive down a gravel road to get there for starters, but the disappointment was that you can't get anywhere near the falls. Even if you pass the barriers...More

We went up the path....didn't know about the observation area. The path is steep in some places and there are a couple of sets of stairs. So you would need to go to the small observation area with a wheelchair.

I would also agree it is not suitable for a wheelchair. Also not a huge elevation change.
