Great place to stop

Great place to stop while driving on highway 30 and take in the view of the Columbia river. Plenty of parking and well worth it.

We stopped off and checked out this awesome view on our way to Bridal Veil Falls. There is lots of parking to get out and take a wonderful picture. You only need a 20 minutes or so and then carry on to next awesome site in Oregon.

Go early to see the sunrise even though we were a little late. Really windy morning but it made it a different experience. We'd been watching Gravity Falls last year so it was a bonus to see the beautiful Oregon scenery.

Great way to start off the Columbia River Scenic Drive with this lookout that offers amazing views of the Columbia River on both sides as well as into WA state! Unlike Vista House, which has restrooms and a gift shop, there's only a water fountain.

From this view point you can see up the columbia river gorge and it has the best view of the Vista house ever! It is a must stop viewpoint for anyone visiting the gorge area. We visit here at least a couple times per year.

We stopped at the Women's Forum for a nice view, but not in my opinion not that much nicer than the view from Vista house. If you are short on time, I'd skip this over the Vista house due to the bathrooms and photos available at Vista house.

It was a misty day but the view was amazing. I have a fear of heights but was able to enjoy the vistas at this spot.

We almost didn't stop here because we had just visited the Vista House and we couldn't imagine any better view than that. What a mistake it would have been to bypass this wonderful area! The view of Vista House and the Columbia River Gorge makes for a fantastic way to begin or end the drive along old Highway 30, depending... More

I have always loved this place. Better views than crown point, especially at night, and not as many people (usually)

We stopped here on our way to Vista House. The views of the river from this location are also beautiful and worth the stop.
