You could lay out here, but its not much of a beach. It's where the boats come to dock. There are restaurants that line the shore - the best one being Elvis' Bar.

We visited Sandy Bay the night before the sailboat races. We met so many nice people and visited Elvis' bar. This place is so beautiful with so many places to eat and have your favorite cocktail!
