A temperature perfect October night brought massive crowds to the see the prize winning carved pumpkins on the grounds of the historical society. Although it was extremely well organized, by 8 pm the parking area was closed to new comers and the lines to enter...More

This $26 per person exercise takes about 90 minutes, if you are good. Locked in an authentic colonial room as a Revolutionary War Spy for the Americans, you have to decipher a mind-boggling series of clues, find the key and the secret battle plans and...More

Thank you for your review! I'm glad you enjoyed our Escape Room even if it was challenging. I hope you still managed to retrieve the battle plans and save General Washington and the Revolution! We appreciate your additional information about the experience as well.

We were in Chadds Ford and discovered that many of the sites were closed on Monday and Tuesday (when we were there). We happened to be driving by the historical society on Tuesday morning and saw cars out front so stopped by. To our delight,...More

Enjoyed learning how Chadds Ford, PA got its name and viewing the house where John Chadd ran a tavern. There is not much to see in the museum so our visit was brief.

It is THE place around Chadds Ford to learn about our history. It has old-old stuff, and fairly new stuff. Always a good time
