Visited for the sweet lights. It ended up being super busy the night we visited so the park had long lines and wait times. The light shows and displays in the park were beautiful. If I come again for sweet lights, I will try to plan to come during the week instead of during a weekend.

I have never spent so much to be so disappointed. It's a standard amusement park - if you are going to pay that much - just go to six flags and get top of the line rides. I will say their water park is awesome - but I went to buy ice cream, expecting to get Hershey Ice Cream with reses pieces. NOPE - they said the park doesn't sell Hershey's products - they just have an outside vendor with generic brand everything. WHAT!!! I am at HERSHEY PARK - I wanted chocolate on my pretzel, on my ice cream - heck I would try it on a pizza. Disappointed. You have all let Milton down.

I paid over $400 for our family of 9 to attend Hershey Candyland and all they got to ride was 2 rides each. This was due to the long lines and lack of open rides. I am 80 years old and do not ride rides, but had to pay full price to walk around. I have been going to Hershey Park for 70 years and this experience put a bitter taste in my mouth for future trips to Hershey Park. Very angry!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed! Tickets are misleading. We bought tickets in December and it was advertised that ticket includes water park ( which is open just during summer) .. we thought that it includes indoor water park.. clearly not. It also indicated that includes zoo admission, but failed to mention that park opens at 2 :00 pm and zoo needs to be entered through the park entrance. We went to the zoo at 11:00 am and had to pay extra so we can enter through the other entrance. Makes no sense ! Still same zoo! 80% of the rides were closed..Hersey factory charges extra fees for every activity. You get admission tickets and basically can’t do anything..

Stink, Stank, Stunk- sooo disappointed T-Mobile and Hershey. Coal for you! Way overpriced and the traffic ruined the experience. Don’t pay for this.

Even as senior citizens we had fun visiting this park. We came to see the Christmas lights. We were not disappointed. We rode the train and the monorail. Both gave us a better overview of the park. Loved visiting the reindeer!!

Went for Christmas Candyland. First off, the park was beautiful. They put a lot of work into lights and decorating. After much debate, we spent $40+ per ticket for the 4 hours they are open Friday night. Not a whole lot of rides we open, probably well below 50% of the park. But the lines were short for the ones that were open. They advertise that admission too ZooAmerica is included with park passes. We went to do that Saturday am as the park doesn’t open until 2. Arriving at the zoo we are notified that the offer is only available when entering via the park during normal park hours! The park opens at 2, and the zoo closes at 430. Who would pay $40+ for park tickets, and then spend the precious park time at the zoo??? We were extremely annoyed by this. We went back for the Saturday hours. The park was absolutely packed. Every open ride had a long line, the more popular ones being 2+ hours. Food lines were at least 30 minutes (Chick-Fil-A) was much longer. We stayed for a few hours, everyone was miserable and disappointed, and we left. Many other families seemed to feel the same. We didn’t seem a ton of smiling faces. If we go back it would be during the week, even during abbreviated hours. But it will be a long time before we consider going back.

Not what it used to be; insane prices for VERY few rides operating. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what, but if so, prices should be adjusted accordingly.

Christmas Candylane is not what it used to be. Oversold tickets to the masses without regard to customer service. Wait times 60 minutes to 90 minutes on all “bigger amusements”, so be prepared to stand in line or pay extra for their “jump-the-line passes. Wait times for food is just as long. Wish the park could have opened earlier; saw many sleeping toddlers at 5PM. Chalk it up to 2020 limited activities? Going to be a while before we return, if ever. Maybe shortage of workers but don’t oversell tickets. Milton would be disappointed.
