There is a nice assortment of animals. I like the path set-up. However, many of the animals are in small enclosures and need more space.

Our experience was good, but the zoo could have more animals and more fun things to do. While the zoo is not too big, there were few animals and few zoo employees providing information about animals.

Was right next to Hershey Park and even though was small, it had a lot of great animals. The park was clean and the staff friendly.

Great little zoo to spend an hour or so in. Included in Hershey Park admission , so it is well worth it!

Visit to the zoo was very interesting and the staff was very good. It is small but you get to see a lot of different animals. This trip was worth the time.

The first building smelled something aweful. Most of the animals were in small enclosures and were not visible. Could have been the time of the day.

I have visited twice with my toddler son - once during winter and once during summer. Both times, my son loved it. His favorites are the otters, the eagles and the pronghorns (there was a baby!) As others have mentioned, there is a nice walking...More

This is a very small zoo and great for all ages. Animals are from North America only but very fun and informative. We especially liked watching the bears play in their swimming pool.

Went here my first time the enclosed areas smelled like sweat. It's sad when the animal odor is overpowered by human sweat. Not a very good zoo

It's a nice break from the amusement rides. It s a small zoo compared the the bigger city zoo.I would say the right size for kids.

How much time should we allow to see this zoo? Is it an easy walk? We both use a cane (sometimes) and the small zoo is appealing.

Dear Mister B, ZooAmerica is an 11 acre North American Wildlife Zoo. We recommend allowing at least an hour to enjoy all of the exhibits. The zoo is completely accessible, however there are hills. We have resting areas and... More

Is the zoo out doors? Or in doors? I see a lot of people who visited during the winter, we have 2 small children 9months and 2yrs old as well as 3 older children. Would we need to come bundled up in hats scarves mittens...or is some of it enclosed?
