It's a lovely little house, but unless you are a person of letters, and can read and understand Italian it seems mainly devoted to printed panels , fine in themselves but information you can get from other sources. Visitors seem to like the tower, but...More

If you haven't read The Decameron yet, you will want to do so after this visit. I got the impression that much of the house has been redone, but it was still nice. Best part: the tower. What a great view from the top!

As some other have said the museum is quiet small but for this and palace is does only cost €3. The library is amazing, small garden is beautiful but for me the view from the tower is worth the visit alone!

If you are a fan of Boccaccio, this is a wonderful stop. Very well presented. Only thing lacking was an English translation of Decameron.
