Didn’t visit the museum part as it was under repairs but the walk along the canal is beautiful and the cafe is nice.More

Popped in, desperate for a sugar rush and bought some delicious tray bakes and a couple of posh cans of pop. Looked very popular with cyclists, weekenders and fellow boaters. Clean toilets and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic tour of the engine house, and the knowledgeable guide answered all our questions, this is an amazing piece of canal engineering and well worth a visit, have a walk down to the canal afterwards to look at the locks in use...More

We went on a steam day and it is a great little place in a beautiful setting. Volunteers all very knowledgeable and helpful and you get a ticket to return any amount of times in the next year included in your admission price.More
