Small farm and lovely views
May 2021 • Friends
There is a small area with farm animals such as goats, chickens, ducks and rabbits, which is where we spent most of our visit; the animals are lovely and it is only £1 entry per person!! Goats are my favourite animal and there were lots of babies too so I loved it.
There are great lake views too.

A wonderful surprise
Sep 2020
This was a wonderful discovery. There is extensive green space, surrounding attractive lakes. There are open spaces and secluded corners; there is some contouring. You can walk, run, sit, play. There is a small information centre (closed when we were there), and what may be a weekend petting zoo.

Hounslow Council maintain it quite beautifully.

Highly recommended.

Outdoor table tennis broken
Sep 2020
Very nice park with lovely views and two good children playground areas. A lot of outdoor sport equipment to do physical exercises. Good for cycling and walking. Unfortunately the outdoor table tennis is broken and cannot be used, which is the shame since it is the only public outdoor table tennis in the area (according to pingengland website).

Get out for some excercise
Jan 2020
A great circular walk taking about an hour and half including a stop at the information centre to see the creatures.
Lots of activities on the trim trail to get the heart rate up and get some fresh air, much better than being indoors on a tablet or game console! The jewel was the info centre complete with various creatures including snakes, spiders, and tortoise with the most enthusiastic staff, I love it when people are that 'into' their jobs / hobbies as I guess this is a voluntary position.
Even saw some of the parakeets living wild in the park! Great for every age.

Charming Family Friendly Open Space close to Heathrow
Apr 2019 • Family
I have passed the entrance for the country park many times over the years - but have never stopped until now. We had a long journey with our dog in the car so decided to stop at the country park. I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised. First off there is a good car park with overflow zones - on the day I came the main car park was full and we needed to use the overflow.

As we had a dog we took him to the dog exercise area which was large, clean and well marked out.
We then put the dog on the lead and walked around by the lake and the Motte.

The park was very clean and well maintained. There was a good mix of children/families and different groups of people enjoying the sunshine in the park. I didnt explore fully but would like to do so in the future.
