Take time to walk along this pretty river, green places with picnic areas for a lovely picnic or just to while away the time. Near to the pretty town for coffee or afternoon tea.

The Tudor Bridge in Lostwithiel demonstrates just how old the town is. There is a sign nearby which states that it has been extended. There are places for people to sit, read the paper and have a picnic next to the river. You can drive...More

Park in NT car parks. Lovely walks in woodlands and country. Cycle track with bikes for hire. Toilets and cafes . Nearby NT property Llannhydrock House and gardens well worth a visit. Wonderful!

Beautiful setting in a lovely little town in Cornwall lovely to sit by in the summer and have a picnic , also lots of history attached to the bridge and lostwithiels wealth

Lostwithiel is a charming little town with a great history. The Tudor Bridge is interesting and charming. There is a lovely picnic area beside the bridge.

Great picnic area next to this great little bridge over the River Fowey, if the weather is ok . It's worth a visit if visiting Lostwithiel.
