No matter the weather, there's always something to do at Heligan. There's always something new happening. The recent story telling about those who left to fight in the 1st world war were very moving. They food is also delicious and they cater for most diets.

I've wanted to visit these gardens for many years and they didn't disappoint in the slightest. We spent four hours here, marvelling at the vision of the original creators and even more so at the skills and determination of those who discovered the derelict gardens...More

Unfortunately the gardens didn't meet our expectations. Mother on her mobility scooter was rather limited to where we could go. I appreciate the paths need to be in keeping with the woodland but the scooter was struggling most of the way there and back. 2...More

Just spent the day at Heligan and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Cafe is reasonable for an attraction and although car busy we found ourselves plenty of space and quiet surroundings. The Jungle is fantastic with beautiful plants and atmosphere, the more formal gardens are also interesting...More

We spend the whole day and there was a few bits we didn’t make it to. Shame you cannot go back for a second day on the one ticket!

We were there the moment it opened (which I rec as a bit more peaceful) till about 2pm. So about 4 hours.
