Beach launch from the pass then a short boat ride from beautiful Byron bay beach and your there. Viability wasn't good during our dive but it allowed us to get up close and personal with the diverse marine life around the rocks.

The island of Julian Rocks is only reachable by boat but they do snorkelling trips as well as sub aqua.
