Nothing massively significant on the way but it's a nice walking circuit that takes you through coast, lake and parkland.

A really niçe walk along the side of the waterway. Well kept walk with many notice boards showing photos of previous eras with descriptions. Excellent views across channel and out to the coast.. Some seats to sit and admire the view. The path is closed...More

It starts down by the bridge but you can join the mainly flat pathway anywhere along its length (about 1 km). It meanders past kids water play areas, pelican feeding zones and many posted historical sites with information boards to tell the tale. Bridge, lake...More

It was a lovely afternoon stroll along the water with plenty of access if you wanted to go down to the ocean. Plenty to read and also places to sit and enjoy the view

A lovely outlook watching the Pelicans flying low getting ground effect travelling so far without having to flap their wings. The walk from the west point all the way to the surf club past the memorial is very enjoyable even in winter.

Adjacent to the beach, the boardwalk describes the historical aspects of,the area. It gives an interesting perspective on how The Entrance unfolded historicallly and its pas and present relevance.

It is an easy walk about 1km from The Carosel to the Surf Club. Say 20 mins stopping to read the information boards. Then return.
