Great information at a local info center

The biblical tabernacal and information center are gem's in the rough. Most locals don't know this exists, but I highly recommend stopping by.

This is a spiritual tour - educational & touching. Excellent commentator, very knowledgeable most interesting. I toured with our church adult class. We just finished reading Exodus and celebrated with a field trip. Excellent story tellers.. Engaged the audience. Revealed things we missed. And best of all, revitalized enthusiasm. Group rates available! Highly recommend.

Our family wanted to visit Amish country but my husband came across this information center so we stopped in. We had no idea that the Mennonite religion pre-dated the Amish. We watched a short informative video, bought books and had a lengthy discussion with one of the store clerks. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in learning a little... More

The Mennonite Information Center offers extensive information on the history of the Amish and Mennonite communities in Lancaster County. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful and will ensure that your visit is enjoyable. During a few of my summer visits, there have been book sales (held outside in the parking lot) which benefit the center and local Mennonite... More

We got there looking for Amish communities information. The person there was very kind and knowledgeable. There's a 17 minute film about the Mennonites. Also, there are many books, videos and handcrafts for sale at this information center. We learned a bunch about the Mennonites, Amish and their culture.

What a great behind the scenes tour. Tour guide was Mennonite, the cost was $53 and we gave a $10 tip at the end, he was knowledgeable & friendly. He knew all the roads, homes, history & great places to stop. We visited farms, wood working & quilt shops. It was so cool, even our 8 & 13 year old... More
