Brought my two year old here and while he was a bit young for the exhibits he had a great time doing what he could. I would estimate the best ages to bring kids would be four to twelve. There were at least a dozen hands on exhibits demonstrating basic science concepts such as sound, gravity, leverage, light, and radiation.... More

We went with my son's Boy Scout Lions group on a Saturday. We arrived at 10am when they opened. Lots of FUN activities for the boys (5 -- 9 years old) and also my 9 year old daughter. I had a GREAT time too! It's not overly large, but, lots of hands-on activities. Definitely a great place to spend a... More

We took our 8 year old grandson here for a few hours and he absolutely loved it, as did we. There was plenty to do and learn even though it is not very large overall (which is nice for keeping your eyes on your kids). The exhibits are extremely educational and even though our grandson may not have understood all... More

I don't take my "Littles" here enough. Everything is hands on. They love to make rollercoaster tracks to test whether the ball will stay on. Damming the river is also a favorite, as is sending the parachuting man through the tube so they can race and catch him. Clair's stage is a lot of fun when it's working (I hold... More

We had a fun visit ! We heard about Star Wars crew being part of the science factory. We drove to the science museum there is plenty of parking. The museum itself is in a warehouse. We enjoyed the Jedi and Sith battle each other and took plenty of pics. The museum has some interesting areas. It's not large at... More

I have had several fun visits to the Science Factory with my kids and they love the hands on experience. However, I also recently attended a networking event here with business colleagues and we (the adults) had a great time experimenting and trying the various exhibits. The staff is friendly, accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I took my son here when he was younger and we had fun and he learned a lot. Plenty of hands-on experiments.

I worked as a volunteer at the science factory and saw how inspired the children were with the hands on exhibits...future scientists! It is very worthwhile for any visitor to see. It is located in the downtown area where the old Kerr glass factory was located and is a nice place for a walking tour as well.

We visited the same day we visited the North Museum of Nature and science. Many captivating things and I wished for more time as did the family. Next time we will dedicate more time to it.
