What a joy to shop here. Kepplers (fish), Weaver's (butchers) (lamb, spare ribs, steaks, etc), produce stands, Fresh breads, everything (although lacking in ethnic stuff). Don't miss Shirley's (sic) Silver Spoon.

Drove about 50 miles to visit this market upon the advice of friends. Incredible selection of fresh produce from Florida. Beautiful berries, greens, fruits, meats, etc. There are plenty of vendors to choose from and a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Careful buying clams at the sea food booth. Sniff before you purchase. Got some foul ones recently... had to pitch the entire bag rather than chance picking out the bad ones.

This is such a great place for fresh fruit and vegetables, meats, seafood, candy, bakery items and cheese. You can also buy prepared items to take home and prepare as well as wines. Upstairs is full of boutique shops that are quite unique. Great if you're looking for an unusual gift or nice jewelry. Down stairs is great for lunch... More

I just LOVE this place!! You will too!!! If you have a hankering for it, it is most likely available at West Shore Farmer's Market and it will be GOOD!!! Great assortment of gourmet eats, as well as good old Lancaster County Amish/Mennonite cook'n!! Perfect place to pick up an entire week's worth of meals for those who do not... More

Very crowded, dirty, and there's a sense of urgency everywhere. Probably because they are open just a couple a days per week. My favorite store is Zooks because of their great baked goods. The new cookie store on the south entrance is excellent but expensive. The people who pretend to always have fresh local produce have boxes from California and... More

The West Shore Market has been in business for decades and offers many food items and cheap stuff for sale. There's a variety of merchandise; some things that are sold there, you wouldn't think would be for sale. The market has two floors and you do have to take the stairs. There's just so much to see, and there's not... More
