We took our 6, 4 and 10 month old through the Martin Factory tour and had a wonderful time. We were able to take our stroller through which was very convenient. Our guide was very informative and funny. We were amazed how much detail and pride go into making every guitar. My husband purchased a guitar while we were here... More

This guitar factory tour was great! It was very interesting to see how the guitars are made and neat to see workers doing their jobs. They also had a little museum you could look in. You were free to take photos, but not video. It was free and tours are conducted every 15-30 minutes.

Many a celebrities come to this guitar maker. The company tour is an excellent way to understand the whole process of making a guitar and the music. It is well arranged and timed.

We took the "Behind the Scenes" tour of the Martin Guitar factory. It was a small group (6) led by an employee who is knowledgeable about the company and all its workings. The tour was fantastic. We were able to see (up close and personal!) each craftperson's work and learn how they master their craft. The sheer size and scope... More

Never realized that a Martin guitar is not just a guitar. See the wonderful craftsmanship that goes into its making as well as History and Museum pieces. Teenage Grandson who plays guitar was particularly interested. No photos allowed but they did take tour photo, Plan ahead to make this memorable tour.

This was my second visit to the Martin Guitar factory. The first time I took the free tour, and decided after that if I ever return, I’d take the Behind the Scenes Tour. So that is what I took this time. It was well worth the $25. If you love guitars, want to love guitars, or just interested in wood... More

It is wonderful how all over the U.S., one can come upon such gems like Martin Guitars to visit. The tour of the production facility was just fabulous, led by Cindy, who usually can be found in an office but shifted gears to head our tour when the number of visitors on the day we visited far exceeded the number... If you play guitar this is an absolute "must see". If you love music, craftsmanship, dedication, and some great stories - you must go. Martin guitars started in 1833. Today they are made in a state-of-the-art factory that combines robotic production elements with hand made ones that demonstrate skills learned over years. Martin guitars are exceptionally fine products as reflected... More
