We camped here during the 2nd week of October, and stayed at one of the roughly 1/2 dozen walk-in sites. Our initial site was a bit too open (lacking in tree cover), but because the campground was not overly crowded, we were able to switch...More

We camp with a 26' travel trailer. The lower sites are difficult to access. Be prepared to back you trailer down a short road into site. Upper loop is probably a better option for RV's but there is a steep but not impossible hill to...More

Nice spot and campers are friendly with a sense of community, plus a small lake for swimming and "beach" atmosphere. There are also walk-in...More

Nothing there anymore. When I was growing up it was always packed with campers, picnickers, swimmers and more . You would always have a problem finding a place to have your picnic. Would be nice if it had a pool like Little Buffalo.

This is the best kept secret in central PA. Beside the beauty lake with a huge beach there are lots of hiking trails for everyone. From easy to rugged. There is also fishing, a nice playground and camping with activities provided by the PA DNCR....More
