A great family day to see the most amazing model train set you'll ever see, lots of astronomical and natural history displays, and catch an IMAX film about any one of several topics. November 2016

I've been to several science museums around the Midwest and Carnegie science center is my favorite by far. We're in our late twenties and enjoyed it as much as any kid would. Almost everything is hands-on and if I lived nearby and had children, I'd...More

Spent the day here it's a great hands on for the kids. Learn about space, robots, and take a tour on a ww2 era submarine.

The Science Center was a hit with our family aged 6-60. Everything from robots to an actual military submarine. The sub was a big hit and very interesting! The kids were very excited to see R2D2 and C3PO in the robot exhibit.

We came here late (3:00) on a Thursday afternoon, so I think we missed the field trips. It was busy but only a few of the science stations had a little wait. However, the sports area was packed, so we figured we leave it 'til...More
