Worth a visit-if you are looking for a peaceful devotional Hindu temple. Very clean and orderly. There is ample parking and our visit went without a fuss. Sambar rice was good but we liked the tamarind rice better.

This is I believe oldest Hindu Temple in USA. Very well maintained. The food available in temple canteen is great. Will be very crowded on weekends and it will be difficult to park your vehicle as there is very less parking space and very congested.

This temple is located at about 13 miles from Downtown, Pittsburgh. The temple is maintained well and they have special poojas on auspicious days. During my visit, I felt that I was at a temple in India. It was a good experience.

Not sure about Saturdays in particular. But the days the temple parking is full I have heard they let us park in a school parking lot not too far and provide a shuttle to the temple.
