This beautiful natural area is not cared for by Pa game commisision fallen trees block trails, picnic tables are destroyed and the lands are filled with homeless people needing shelter. Not a good place to take young children, very scary experience for my grandchildren

The Shohola Falls at Shohola Lake are not easily found, but quite remarkable. A lot of water rushes over these falls compared to others in the area. The trail is a little hard to find, but if you park in the state game lands picnic...More

Entered by mistake in lake parking lot after I missed the main entrance and entered on road for cabins. You can step ob the rocks and watch the falls, and wade in the water.

Short easy hike to a very pretty water fall. Several others within easy drives. Love this area of PA!
