I attended a concert there a few years ago and thought the acoustics were poor, but I wasn't sure if it was the arena or the band. I attended the Alan Jackson concert there this weekend. The acoustics were horrible. And I couldn't under one word he said when he was speaking to the audience. I will never attend another... More

Being a fan of the Hershey Bears I was of course concerned about how the Penguin fans would act towards me. For the most part they ignored me. However at the end of the game several Penguin fans congratulated me on the Bears win and talked fondly about the town of Hershey. The arena has good sightlines and views of... More

Great event and great seats! We are never disappointed with this venue. You should Definitely attend events at this arena. The only problem with is the charge for parking. $10.00 is very expensive for an event .

Great energy good times had by all. Very easy to get around. Crowds are the most difficult part. However the refs could have let a fight or two happen.

This is a great little arena with plenty of food vendors. The walkways can get a bit crowded but not too bad. The thing I liked best was the people running the parking got you into your spot as quick and efficient as I've ever seen. Penn State should send their people here for lessons. I've been at much smaller... More

We just came back from the Harlem Globetrotters game against the All- Stars. A great show every year. We've seen them at many arenas in the metro NY area, which includes the Lehigh Valley in Pa where we live, and we prefer this one in Wilkes-Barre the best. Parking is always easy and a short walk to the building. There's... More

Even though we sat far away from the stage there were large TVs so we saw everything someone sitting close to the stage saw. I totally enjoyed the show.

Saw many concerts and graduations. Its great for graduations but after a while its very hard to understand the speeches. The acoustics are not very good there for concerts but ok.
