My husband and I took our boys here one afternoon. It's small and doesn't take very long to tour (about an hour?). There wasn't anyone else there so we had a tour guide to ourselves. She was very informative and answered any question we had....More

I have to admit I am biased. I am the 6th great-grandson of Conrad Weiser. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The home itself has suffered a fire and a tornado. The exterior walls are original, the interior has been expertly rebuilt to represent the time...More

Check for open times, they've cut down with the budget cuts. But you can still attend regular events on colonial life with volunteers in period garb to explain. Great for kids, out of town visitors or just to learn a bit about Colonial PA history.

Beautiful park to take my dog walking or for exploring the history of Conrad Weiser. It has picnic tables and even a gazebo if you want to have a picnic. Very well maintained too!
