First time here ... but not the last.

Didn't know what to think but was pleasantly surprised the actors were very good and got into the play. Seating was I think comfortable and the view of the stage was very good.

We really enjoy live theatre and so were pleased to find that Westerly had a show playing when we would be visiting the area. They had "Becky's New Car" listed as a comedy and so we purchased the tickets on-line before we left home. It turns out the play was about infidelity in marriage. We have been happily married for... Summer theatre in Westerly is often very good. We have some brilliant local actors. Now that the theatre is air conditioned, your evening experience will be so much better. If you bring young people who get bored, there is always the intermission to make your getaway. Do support our theatre.

This is a small little theater but has excellent performances. It is very reasonably priced and every seat has a good view thanks to banked seating. It is nestled in downtown Westerly so it is easy to access good restaurants in town on foot. Also, a beautiful park is right there for walking enjoyment as well. They also serve beer... More

My husband and I always make a point of seeing live, local theatre whenever we travel, so we have a lot to compare this to. The performance of "Bermuda Avenue Triangle" we saw last night was so much fun. I haven't laughed that much since I saw "The Producers" in Boston. The script itself was hilarious, and the three main... More

8/9/2015 - 2 PM - Today we enjoyed a play at the Granite Theatre, Bermuda Avenue Triangle. The play was very good and any seat in the house is a good seat. You can't go wrong with this theatre and the price is really reasonable, $15 each. There is a handicapped ram on the side of the building and some... More

We recently saw "The Foursome" which was very entertaining (even well-received by the non-golfers.) The four gents were well chosen for their roles and carried off their lines with great timing and affect. The theatre itself is a nice venue for seeing plays up close. With only 154 seats it is a charming place. Only real issue is being able... More

We have seen South Pacific on Broadway and was not expecting the same experience at the Granite. However, with the small theatre and stage at the Granite, the performance was very entertaining and was enjoyed by our group of 4.

First visit for me to this C1846 Bldg. which was purchased in 2013 by The Renaissance City Theatre, Inc. After seeing a production of South Pacific and reading of the purpose of this dedicated arts group, I recommend attending events at this lovely location. Street parking as well as parking @ a nearby church allows for an easy stroll to... More

Better than an NY off off broadway. Viating from NY we are always happy to see theatre. This classic domain offered incredible talent.
