Wonder old school Catholic Church. Conveniently located with good mass times. Friendly folks and offers a nice service parking limited but easy access once found locally on streets. Until recently one of the only Cathedrals in US not to have a steeple. Fun fact

My husband and I did our own mini-walking tour of churches near our hotel. This cathedral was on our route and it was beautiful inside. Loved the stained glass windows.

The Church is a must as are many of the old Charleston houses of worship. Only drawback was, their was no one there to answer questions.

The cathedral was beautiful and the stain glass windows are breath taking the church is well kept up and very beautiful. The people there were very nice and told us a little bit about the church's history and the meaning behind various things.

If you are a lover of stained glass, do not pass this place without looking in and enjoying the views. I went on an overcast day, but there was still beauty in the windows.

Not a place I would have normally chosen to visit, I'm glad it was included in a trolley tour of Historic Charleston.

The Cathedral is located on Broad Street and is very accessible to tourists and locals. The architecture is stunning. If their choir is performing, all the better. They are terrific. If you go to their website, you can find out information and times that it...More
