Marion Square was right across from the Francis Marion hotel where I was staying. Woke up Saturday morning and looked across the street to multi colored tents and lots of vendors. Walked across the street and was treated to all kinds of food vendors and...More

The farmers market at Marion Square on Saturdays was hands down our favorite part of the trip, everyone was so friendly you got to try so many different things and everything was incredible and fresh.

This park is really nothing to bother about except when there is a festival or the Saturday morning farmer's market in the warm weather. There are many festivals all year that take place on the Square, but absent one of them, I would not make...More

Loved the view of Marion Square from our hotel window. (Embassy Suites Historic District) Great people watching too!

This is the heartbeat of Charleston on Saturday mornings with the market in full force. A must walk through even if you don't need anything!

We were lucky to be in town on a Saturday and there is a huge public market with entertainment, food and crafts. Truly enjoyed it all.

Marion Square of itself is a very basic park in the middle of the historic district. What makes it special are the numerous special events that take place in the park such as the Food and Wine festival and the Saturday Farmers Market.

Especially on the weekends! There is so much to see that you could really just spend the day here - the farmers market, the street performers, the people! Really fun!

Disappointing, in poor condition needing updating to the lawn and landscape with many homeless living in the Square. We stayed near here and found the Square disappointing with its condition.
