Recently moved to South Carolina from the Boston area and one of the big things I miss is the concert scene. When I saw Bruce Hornsby was booked I immediately jumped on the opportunity. As others have said there is not a bad seat in the house and the audio mix was perfect. Level was perfect and all band members... More

A small concert hall with a big stage, seats close to the stage and a cozy atmosphere. Not a bad seat in the place. Acoustics were wonderful and it feels like an old movie theatre that has been renovated exactly for its current use. Quick beverage service too with one bar doing an excellent job of keeping the line moving.... More

We attended a Three Dog Night concert and had a wonderful time. Although the facility is getting outdated the seats were comfortable. I would imagine any seat in the house would provide good visual access. The ushers are helpful and friendly; there was a bar onsite that was a nice surprise. The bathrooms were clean.

We had the good fortune to attend the Three Dog Night concert at this theater. WOW! It was great! There seriously is not a bad seat in the whole place. Glad we were in the balcony. We could see everything, even when everyone rushed the stage during "Joy to the World"!

The Charleston Jazz Orchestra always puts on an excellent performance at the Charleston Music Hall but on this occasion, it was even better since the Freddie Cole quartet appeared as well. We had seen Freddie Cole and his excellent accompanying group at last year's Spoleto Festival but this latest performance with the CJO was even better. Very comfortable seats and... More

This was the first time I visited this venue and will definitely be going back. It was a beautiful theatre. Roomy yet felt intimate. They seem to have a pretty good line up. Parking wasnt too bad if you get there in a decent amount of time. There is a small parking garage right beside the building that is only... More

Last night's opening of the current season was tremendous! Duke Ellington album recorded with Frank Sinatra was recreated with the CJO and guest singer, Reuben, of American Idle fame! Who knew what a crooner Reuben could be-matched with the talents of the CJO! It should have been recorded!! Next month is Nat King Cole's music sung by his brother, backed... More

Always a great place a small venue to see a variety of acts. Last saw Mississippi All Stars!, So much fun being up close and personal. Parking not easy but a parade is close with many places to eat close by. Makes for a fun evening

The whole reason I visited the city was for a concert here. We picked up our tickets at the will call window and went inside. It is small for a music hall which made the setting so intimate. The inside is clean and the acoustics are very good. We had an issue with some other concert attendees and spoke to... More
