No title. I have visited at least 12 European countries (some nany time), China, Japan, Australia, New ZeLnds

My daughter and her husband had been there so many times that they were no longer interested in being "tourists".

It was just okay. We walked through the park then wandered over to see Rainbow Row. Not too exciting. Don't go out of your way to see this.

Have seen it several times. Always feel the same. What a great place to live. Also, hard to find parking spots in that area.

This is really just houses all painting a different color. The interesting part is their age and their desire to look like Copenhagen. But otherwise there are way grander houses in the city.

If you have the time to stroll up and down the streets down here, do it! Many of the buildings have plates showing the dates and history of each building, from the 1700s and 1800s. Rainbow Row is really a neat excuse to do it, iconic block of pastel mansions.

I happened to walk past Rainbow Row and while the houses are cute and colorful, I would not recommend making a special trip to see it. It's literally just colorful houses.

Rainbow Row is famous but I would argue every street in Charleston is just as colorful and beautiful! You will find lots of other lovely homes nearby as well. There will be traffic in front of your photo here.

Just like the "painted ladies" of San Francisco, the Rainbow Row are lovely colors in the downtown Charleston area.

We had a great time walking down Rainbow Row and seeing all the colorful buildings and architecture. It is a must see if you are visiting Charleston!
