Did a tour with John and the horse was Carson! Great and John was so knowledgeable about Charleston and the history about the city. Highly recommended them and ask for John and his dog Miley, you will enjoy greatly.

The Slavery to Freedom Carriage Tour is very informative. Our guide David and horse Elwood was great. Even after the tour ended David continued to answer our questions and shared resource information. And since this tour continues to evolve I would definitely take it again.

The large carriages seat up to 16 people, so if you purchase group tickets you will be riding with other people. Kids 3 and under can ride on a lap for free.
