Could not get inside the church (was Good Friday) but walked through the cemetery. Interesting old gravestones.

The steeple of this beautiful and well-maintained Episcopal Church can be seen from most parts of Charleston. Built before the Revolutionary War, it is a perfect example of church architecture from that period. The graveyard that surrounds the church is like a history book waiting...More

Took bike taxi by. Did not go in. Should have. Beautiful, grand historic church with historic graveyard. At least do a drive-by! Worth it!

Beautiful church in the center of the historic district. This is a great spot to visit. One of the many beautiful and interesting churches you can visit while you are in town.

Big old church. Walked the grounds which is interesting cemetery and then walked in. Had two people there to give history, etc if you wanted. It is not an elaborate church but a very majestic place. Nice to see quickly

This is a beautiful church inside and out. The cemetery is very old and is the burial site of Charles Pinckney (signer of the constitution and 8th Governor of South Carolina) and Thomas Pinckney (7th Governor of South Carolina).

Very fine colonial church. Great organ. Well maintained. Interesting 'friends' (born in Charleston) and separate 'strangers' cemeteries (not born in Charleston-- where Calhoun is buried. Well worth a stop--check opening times during the week.
