The Adluh Flour Mill is a great part of Columbia's downtown. It perfectly blends the past along side the present. It is a reminder of past times and perhaps simpler times. Look for it if you visit downtown.

Old brick building that is a part of Columbia's history. You can see the Adluh sign when you are on Gervais Street. It is located in the entertainment district by Jillian's. One year at our Vista Lights Christmas Adluh was open and serving awesome homemade biscuits.

The Adluh Flour Mill seems oddly out of place now that the Vista neighborhood has blossomed into an entertainment district, but I’m glad that this industrial relic lives on as one of Columbia’s more recognizable landmarks. I’ve driven by this building many hundreds of times, but I always seem to notice it. (The nearby Blue Marlin restaurant is also in... More

This old structure is still a classic reminder of the past. It has a nice look to it. At night it lights up and has a nice contrast to the modern buildings of downtown. Good for a nice photo op.

You can see the Adluh Flour Mill from almost everywhere in the river district and much of downtown. It is a real landmark/guidepost. Enjoy the mill as you travel around, there is not much to see at the mill itself. I do not know if you can buy flour from them directly.

This operating mill dates back to 1900 and sits right in downtown Columbia: more interesting and unique than the zoo (which my youngest son loved!), and only takes a few minutes to see and appreciate. This Mill played a major role in the history of Columbia, so if you appreciate history, please take the time!

This was such a treat to visit this historic location at previous Vista Guild events. It is a part of our history and the sign lights up at night so you see it throughout the city. It's a landmark not to be missed!

I visited Adluh Flower when I was in the 8th grade. Not sure that this place gives tours, not sure that they even sell there flour at the plant. But this really isn't an attraction, its a Flour Mill. It has been in the Vista Area Since about the time of the Civil War. Certainly before it was ever "The... More
