Seems like a place to provide some education and make some $ for the owners Enjoyed the video. The displays were just ok. I guess I was just hoping for more. I did enjoy the boat on the third floor.

Wonderful museum with a separate store selling interesting and beautiful regional history, art, crafts, and jewelry. One of the few places selling chinaberry jewelry. A must-see for learning about historical Georgetown.

We did not tour the museum but the gift shop is outstanding. Ot is more of a local art gallery than a gift shop. Lovely interesting items for sale. And great customer service. We enjoyed our visit a lot.
