Very interesting exhibits. They change exhibits regularly. They let the altzheimers association take folks in each month for free. Very good programs.

Aside from a few life-size figures providing anecdotal narration, this interesting collection of artifacts and information about the development of Greenville and environs is all but invisible to visitors who have visual disabilities. Tried to arrange a docent-led tour but staff was unavailable. So disappointed...More

Very well done and fairly presented history of the Upcountry. Lots of interesting info. Special exhibit of The Power of Children on 3 children who made a difference was excellent. Highly recommended.

spend about two hours reading a lot of detail about the northwest part of South Carolina. exhibits were detailed and informative. learned a lot about different wars that impacted the area, but there were other exhibits as well.

Always love to stop in for new exhibits and if your new here or visiting see how Greenville came to be. Lots of interesting history here. Book and souvenir shop and friendly staff to help. Parking easy and low entry fee.

Yes, hours on Friday 10am-5pm. Cost:. $6 Adults, $5 Seniors (65) and college students with valid ID. $4 Children 4-18. Children 3 and under free.

The parking is right behind the building, not far from the entrance. I can't say for sure about the handicap parking. I would presume there is a requirement for a couple of spaces, though.

The museum is not that large,but I guess you need an hour or so. Of course the time you spend will depend on the detail you choose for yourself. The displays change from time to time so you may want to spend more or less... More
